This is a MVP of a job-board that helps firms to fill jobs faster by working with several vetted recruiters at once. It is the result of running a boutique recruitment agency for four years in Zurich. My goal is to deliver high quality recruitment services at a reasonable price.

We give CV advice and explain your how to negotiate a 10% higher salary without appearing arrogant. (Salary negotiating is hard, it's usually the part programmers like most to hear about. Firms that work with us and hide behind the animal-emoji/number were pre-screened by us and are great places to work; we check if each firm has at least 8 out of 12 points on the Joel Test. In order to get your vacancies listed, we usually do a 30 minute screening call with you to get to know you. We ask about the urgency of the role and details about work conditions for programmers.
